The Iris Suite

The Iris Suite, an extension of the main house, is self contained on two floors with a private entrance, and laundry facilities of its own in its separate basement. It has a fully equipped kitchen/living/dining space on the first floor, efficiency style. Upstairs is a bright and comfortable bedroom, with a queen bed, easy chair, and a writing desk. The bedroom's luxurious adjoining bath has a two person jetted tub with overhead rain shower.

As with all our rooms, the Iris Suite rate includes Wi-Fi, streaming TV, and a delightful home cooked breakfast served each morning in our cozy dining room.

Nightly rate is $200 plus tax.

We offer special rates for longer stays making this an affordable extended stay option for people relocating to Chittenden County, visiting friends and family, or working on assignment near Milton.

The Iris Suite is available by the night, week, or month (depending on availability.) If booked for fewer than 30 consecutive nights, every seventh night is free. If booked and paid in advance for 30 nights or more, the rate is $66.66 per night, and breakfast is self catered. (No Vermont meals and rooms tax is applied for 30 or more consecutive night stays.) 

The Iris Suite is an affordable, comfortable, residential option for people relocating to Chittenden County, visiting friends and relatives here in the Greater Burlington Area, or on a traveling or remote professional assignment. Great for foliage and antiquing excursions, too, the Iris Suite makes an ideal home-away-from-home, a perfect fit for one or two.
