The Sampler House Bed & Breakfast has been welcoming visitors to Vermont’s Champlain Valley since 2003. Our guests enjoy our warm and inviting atmosphere, and love our central location. Our three spacious guest rooms inspire comments on our luscious linens, comfy beds, and designer bathrooms.

We continue to be enriched by our guests, from all over the world, and are amazed by their kindness and generosity of spirit. We are a four season B&B, open all year. Our mature trees, vegetable and flower gardens, and outdoor seating on the front porch, back patio, or Adirondack chairs on the lawn, make the outdoors a delightful extra living space, when the weather is fine.

We are renovators. We have renovated five houses from 2000 through 2021. Are we finished? Who knows? Among all our treasured projects is the one we plan never to let go, 22 Main Street, Milton, Vermont, the Sampler House B & B.
