FROG Suite (Finished Rooms Over Garage)

New in 2023 is our FROG Suite. Enjoy comfort and privacy in your own well-appointed apartment, with designated parking spot and designated parking. The “living room” provides comfortable seating with couch, chairs, and TV. The refreshment center has refrigerator, microwave, air fryer/toaster oven, prep sink, coffee maker, and place settings. Just beyond the kitchenette is a table suitable for dining or office space. The designer bathroom and shower are small, so we provide a vanity with mirror for makeup and hair, and storage for toiletries in the bedroom.

Beyond the French doors to the bedroom are a comfy memory foam queen bed, antique roomy dresser, hand made blanket chest, collegiate arm chair, and drying rack for towels. Hang your scrubs or whatever your wardrobe is in the spacious walk-in closet. Bedside tables have lamps with outlets for charging your phone while you sleep.

The FROG Suite is suitable for extended stays. The monthly rate is $1800. The monthly guest is invited to use the laundry facilities on site. When you stay less than a month, we invite you to breakfast every morning in our dining room in the main house.


Nightly rate is $200 plus tax.
