Extended Stay

    The Iris Suite is on two floors with its own private entrance and designated parking space. It has a fully equipped kitchen, TV, VCR, DVD,  Wi-Fi, a queen bed, and personal laundry facilities in its own basement. The oversized jetted tub with rain shower makes for a spa like relaxing experience.  There is a walk in closet, all utilities are included, and there is plenty of comfortable seating.

    The Iris Suite is available by the night, week, or month (depending on availability.) If booked for fewer than 30 consecutive nights, every 7th night is free, and breakfast is  included. If booked and paid in advance for 30 nights or more, the rate is $50 per night, and breakfast is on your own. (No Vermont meals and rooms tax is applied for 30 or more consecutive night stays.) 

<>    The Iris Suite is an affordable, comfortable, residential option for people relocating to Chittenden County, visiting friends and relatives here in the Greater Burlington Area, or on a traveling or remote professional assignment. Great for foliage and antiquing excursions, too, the Iris Suite makes an ideal home-away-from-home, a perfect fit for one or two.
